More than 60 College of Public Health researchers shared their practice, their passion at the 23^rd Annual USF Health Research Day.

Investigators from the college’s five academic departments joined a record 340 presenters at the USF Marshall Center on Friday, February 22.  The college representatives included faculty, staff, post-docs, and students like Andrea Bingham, recipient of the USF Health Vice President’s Award for Outstanding Graduate Student Oral Presentation.

“Over the past three years, research awards and presentations from public health students have nearly doubled,” said Wilbur K. Milhous, professor of global health and Associate Dean for Research. “Public health students responded enthusiastically to the day’s theme of ‘Turning Science into Health’ with more than 50 accepted abstracts!”
