• Dr. Adewale Troutman writes book chapter on social determinants

    University of South Florida College of Public Health Professor Adewale Troutman, MD, MPH, recently published a book chapter in Social Determinants of Health Among African-American Men.  He co-wrote the chapter (17) entitled The Culture of Empowerment and the Policy Process with his daughter, Nandi Marshall.  The book is published by Jossey-Bass, A Wiley Imprint, 2013.

    Dr. Troutman directs the Center for Leadership in Public Health and the MPH in public health practice program at the USF College of Public Health.  In November, he was installed as president of the American Public Health Association.
