Dr. Eric Buhi and colleagues publish chapter in American Psychological Association Handbook
Eric Buhi, PhD, and colleagues published the “Sexuality and new technologies“ chapter in the APA Handbook of Sexuality and Psychology: Vol. 2. Contextual Approaches.
Dr. Buhi is an associate professor in the USF College of Public Health. He is the recipient of the 2011 Darroch Award for Excellence in Sexual and Reproductive Health Research from the Guttmacher Institute, the university’s 2012 Faculty Outstanding Research Achievement Award, and directs the college’s Collaborative for Research Understanding Sexual Health (CRUSH).
The Department of Community and Family Health is Dr. Buhi’s academic home and includes more than 10 concentrations that lead to MPH, MSPH, DrPH, and PhD degrees. Additionally, the department offers several dual degrees, graduate certificates, and special programs.
