Joanne Strobbe elected chair of national academic health centers group

Joann Strobbe, USF Health’s vice dean and chief financial officer and associate vice president of Administration, Finance and Technology, was elected chair-elect of the Senior Administrative and Fiscal Officers, an executive leadership group for the Association of Academic Health Centers (AAHC).

As chair of the national organization, Strobbe will guide the group in its mission for creating proactive strategies for academic health centers, both locally and globally. Her term as chair begins next July.

The AAHC is a non-profit organization that seeks to advance the nation’s health and well-being through vigorous leadership of the nation’s academic health centers.
