Since the COVID19 pandemic, USF Health students, staff and faculty have risen to the challenges of keeping an academic medical center on the forefront of finding ways to heal the community.  Genia Elsner, USF Health executive assistant, is the latest to be recognized for her contributions.  She is noted as “being the most reliable and hard-working executive assistant since she started,” by her supervisor Rich Sobieray, USF Health senior associate vice president and chief financial officer.  “If anyone lives by our desired culture, it’s Genia.  She is always helpful, consummate team player, reliable, respectful and humble.  She loves USF Health and demonstrates this through her behavior every day.”  For her attitude and desire to make USF Health a better place, she was recognized as a Culture Champion by USF Health leadership.
