USF Health pediatrician Jennifer Takagishi, MD, has been accepted to participate in the charter group for the new Executive Leadership in Health Care (ELH), a prestigious fellowship that is a sister program to the long-established Hedwig van Ameringen Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM).

ELH is a year-long, part-time fellowship intended for women in mid-career to senior-level leadership positions in U.S. and Canadian health systems who are interested in advancing to leadership positions in hospitals and health care systems and embrace strategic career planning in their leadership development.
