Nineteen USF Health staff members were among several dozen USF employees honored May 10 with Outstanding Staff Awards. In addition, USF Health’s Carolyn Mercurio Dove was one of two named USF Employee of the Year.
Each year, USF employees from across campus are selected to win the award, which recognizes those who demonstrate excellence and performance that supports the overall values and standards of USF.
This year, 19 USF Health staff members won awards for their outstanding work in 2015. At the event, each employee was spotlighted as he or she received a plaque and a check for $500. Charles J. Lockwood, MD, MHCM, senior vice president for USF Health and dean for the Morsani College of Medicine, presented the awards to USF Health awardees along with USF President Judy Genshaft.
