Emerging scientists gear up for USF Health Research Day 2020

USF Health is gearing up for the largest interdisciplinary research event at the University of South Florida.  USF Health Research Day 2020, to be held Friday, Feb. 21, marks the 30th anniversary of this event.  Over 400 participants are expected to display the best of the university’s health sciences research in the Marshall Student Center.

The call for Research Day poster and presentation submissions opens Tuesday, Oct. 29. Some categories and awards have been modified to reflect the types of posters and presentations received in past years.

The deadline for submissions will be 5 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 12. Acceptance letters will be sent to presenters in early January 2020. Students are expected to have their proposals approved by their faculty mentors prior to submission.
