With a Mardi Gras theme, live music by the USF Jazz Ensemble, and lots and lots of great silent auction prizes up for grabs, the Brahman Bash promises a Bullish evening of unstoppable entertainment Feb. 28.
Bid on a replica of the special football helmet created for the Bulls’ USF Military Appreciation game; golf packages; boxes of premium wines from Napa Valley, Chile and other exciting grape regions. Dream trips, theater and sporting event tickets (how about a Rays suite package that comes with an Alex Cobb-autographed baseball?), and plenty of unusual tchotkes will keep Bash-goers busy checking the bid sheets between dancing, noshing and enjoying fellow Bull revelers.
Traditions Hall in the USF Alumni Center, Tampa campus, will be transformed into a Mardi Gras venue with a taste of Bourbon Street, including food and beverage stations spiced with Creole and Cajun flavors.
The Brahman Bash, formerly known as Bulls Around the World, is the USF Alumni Association’s signature annual fundraising event. Proceeds go toward connecting alumni and creating meaningful ways for them to help USF succeed. A $1,000 donation will also be made to the Music Department Scholarship Fund.
The Bash is 6-10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28. Tickets are $60 each and include food and beverages. Space is limited and tickets must be purchased in advance. Get them right here, or visit www.usfalumni.org.
