USF Health Students Host Pilot Fitness Event

Student Publishes Article

Doctoral Candidate Erica Anstey, MA, CLC, and Associate Professor Cecilia Jevitt, PhD, CNM, published an article in the September issue of Clinical Lactation (Volume 2, Issue 3, pp 11-16).  The article is titled “Maternal Obesity and Breastfeeding: A Review of the Evidence and Implications for Practice.”

COPH graduate student Damian Stanziano, PhD selected to attend 2011 National Institute on Aging Grants Technical Assistance Workshop

Damian Stanziano, PhD, has been chosen by a competitive application process to participate in the National Institute on Aging (NIA) Grants Technical Assistance Workshop (TAW) to be held immediately before the 2011 Gerontological Society of America (GSA) 64th Annual Scientific Meeting on November 17-18, 2011 at the Sheraton Boston Hotel, Boston, MA.  The Grants TAW is tailored to students in gerontology and related fields and investigators in different stages of their research careers.
