For the 2005 – 2006 academic year, the USF Health Research Day was held on Thursday, February 23, 2006.  All USF Health faculty, students and staff were invited to participate and to submit abstracts for consideration for poster presentation at this event. This year, we had a total of 17 COPH students and  3  COPH faculty who presented their posters.

Posters were judged by a committee from our COPH : Dr.  Bernard,  Dr. Azizan,   Dr.   Baldwin, Dr. Aurora Sanchez-Anguiano, and Dr. Pracht and Ellen Kent, MPH, Coordinator for Student Research Grants.

The COPH would like to offer special congratulations to the following students, who were awarded prizes for their top posters for this year’s USF Health Research Day, and their abstracts will also be submitted  to the Fall 2006  National Delta Omega Poster Competition:
