Alicia Rossiter named fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners

Alicia Rossiter named fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners

Alicia Rossiter, MSN, ARNP, FNP, PNP-BC, military liaison and coordinator of graduate simulation at the University of South Florida College of Nursing, has been named fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She received this award for her leadership in clinical practice, educational initiatives and patient advocacy in the civilian and military arena.

Rossiter is one of three USF Nursing faculty members to receive this prestigious award. She will be inducted during the AANP’s 29th National Conference on June 19 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

AANP is a national organization which advocates for the active role of nurse practitioners as providers of high-quality, cost-effective, personalized, and patient-centered health care.
