Americans Rate Nursing Most Trusted Profession

According to the most recent Gallup poll, 85% of Americans identified nursing as the most ethical and honest profession. Since Gallup began the poll in 1999, Nurses have ranked first among all professionals with the exception of 2001, when they were replaced by firefighters.
