Burns Receives University at Buffalo Distinguished Alumni Award

Patricia A Burns, PhD, RN, FAAN, Professor USF College of Nursing has received the State University of New York at Buffalo (UB) Distinguished Alumni Award in recognition of her exceptional career accomplishments. Dr. Burns will be honored at the UB Annual Alumni Awards Ceremony in April 2011.

“Receiving the Distinguished Alumni Award from the State University of New York at Buffalo (UB) is a singular honor for me, recognizing a career spanning many academic activities and roles,” said Patricia A. Burns, PhD, RN, FAAN, Professor USF College of Nursing. “It is an even bigger honor for me as a nursing professional as UB does not often award this honor to nursing alumni.”
