This fundraiser was organized by the Nursing Student Organization (NSA) and College of Nursing Student Council (CNSC) to raise money for healthcare workers in Louisiana (please see attached flyer for details). At the end of the fundraiser, 33% of the sales will be donated to Louisiana!

Edgility Cognitive Healthcare Symposium
In partnership with Edgility, the USF Health College of Nursing is working to prepare nurses for the future. Through this virtual event, Disruptive Innovations and Systems Thinking for Nurses, professionals will discuss the outcomes from the “Health Re-Imagined: The Digital Incubator” program and promote design thinking and systems engineering principles to optimize patient centered care.
- Assemble interprofessional teams that include academic nursing, chief nursing officer, chief technology officers, biomedical engineering, and computer scientists.
- Analyze team dynamics, processes, and functionality.
- Discuss innovation and research as it relates to the digital nurse.
- Improve key drivers of health systems success, reduce operational costs, and improve care that is measurable and scalable.
