College’s Women’s Health Research Group Authors Chapter in “The Psychoneuroimmunology of Chronic Disease”

The College of Nursing women’s health research group authored a chapter on allostasis as a model for women’s health for the recently released book, “The Psychoneuroimmunology of Chronic Disease” published by APA.  Maureen Groer served as editor of the chapter and also contributed to the first chapter of the book. Faculty who contributed to the chapter on allostasis were Theresa Beckie, Candace Burns, Sheila Crowell, Allison Edmunds, Mary Webb, Mary Evans, Cecile Lengacher and Cecilia Jevitt.
