Dr. Connie Visovsky gets recognized for work on USF housing and residential education program
Connie Visovsky, PhD, RN, ACNP-BC, associate professor and associate dean for student affairs and community engagement at USF College of Nursing, was recognized for her contribution to the USF house calls academic initiative within Housing and Residential Education.
Dr. Visovsky helped bring success to the program through her house calls visits to residence halls including Maple Hall, which houses Pre-Nursing Living Learning Community (LLC) students.
This initiative pairs USF faculty and staff with housing staff to engage freshmen residents within their living environment. This effort also helps freshmen make an easy transition from high school to college.
