Florida Nurse Publication highlights Jodi Devries
Florida Nurse highlights Jodi DeVries, RN, BSN, CCRN, SRNA, nurse anesthesia master’s student and Vice President of the 2010 Cohort at the University of South Florida College of Nursing, in the December publication, volume 59, number 4, for her participation at the 2011 Florida Nursing Association (FNA) Membership Assembly in September.
DeVries is pictured on page 18 distributing information about the USF Nursing’s Nurse Anesthesia master’s concentration and Doctoral programs available, and promoting the FNA’s slogan “Nurses: One Powerful Voice.”

“We distributed information to the attendees about the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) as a profession, and as safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient anesthesia providers,” DeVries said. “I was honored to represent USF and the Nurse Anesthesia program with pride. Go Bulls!”
According to the Florida Nurses Association, The Florida Nurse has a circulation of over 234,000 readers as it is distributed to every registered nurse and nursing student in Florida.
