Nursing Student Courtney Wagner Competes in World Championship Triathlon
On September10th, USF College of Nursing Second Bachelor student Courtney Wagner competed in the Sprint Age Group Triathlon World Championships in Bejing, China. Her triathlon consisted of swimming, running and cycling. The competition distance for is a 750 m (1/2 mile) swim , 20 km (12.4 mile) bike, and 5 km (3.1 mile) run.
The World Championships presents a new and exciting opportunity of competing on the international level for Courtney. Courtney is honored to represent Team USA and USF CON in Beijing and welcomes all to follow her competition and travel via her blog www.passionate4life.wordpress.com.
