Placing 8th, Megan Diaz and “Bull Nurses” Raise Funds for Children’s Miracle Network

The Bull Nurses team raised $700 for Children’s Miracle Network  through the USF Dance Marathon on March 26, 2011, placing 8th overall out of 42 total teams! In addition, baccalaureate Nursing student, Megan Diaz, Bull Nurses’ Team Captain, raised over $500 as part of the Dance Marathon at USF, placing 8th overall out of 471 individual participants!

Dance Marathon at USF is dedicated to raising awareness and funds to serve the families of All Children’s Hospital and Children’s Miracle Network, specifically for All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Fl., while engaging students and the community. The highlight is the actual Dance Marathon event—a night of fun, dancing, food, games, prizes, and playing with the kids from All Children’s Hospital.
