Three Nursing Faculty Ranked within USF’s Top 25 Researchers

Three College of Nursing faculty are ranked within USF’s top 25 researchers for Federal/research awards during fiscal year 2009-2010, as accessed from the USF Research and Innovation Report website.

Congratulations to the following nursing researchers included in the ranking:

13. Susan McMillan PhD, RN, FAAN – $858,814

20. Maureen Groer, RN, PhD, FAAN – $742,371

22. Cecile Lengacher, PhD, RN – $693,849

The University of South Florida College of Nursing has achieved its highest research ranking ever from the National Institutes of Health. The College ranked 30th among nursing schools nationwide in NIH funding for 2009* – vaulting from a 66th place ranking in 2008. read more
