USF College of Nursing Staff, Suzette Lemrow, Receives USF Quiet Quality Award
University of South Florida College of Nursing Support Specialist for the Undergraduate Program, Suzette Lemrow, MA, received the USF Quiet Quality Award for her great work performance, professionalism, positive work ethic, and responsibility.
USF College of Nursing Instructor and Program Director for RN-BS Completion, Sandra Czerwinski, RN, MSN, nominated Lemrow. In the official letter she sent to USF Staff Senate, she said Lemrow is precise, self-directed, supportive, and responsible. Lemrow is highly organized and capable of managing numerous responsibilities simultaneously, she said.
“Suzette has a good understanding of her role and the skills that are required to manage those responsibilities,” Czerwinski said. “Suzette supports the undergraduate faculty in many ways such as program & project planning and completion, committee support, organization, and a wide variety of other responsibilities. She also has excellent ideas about how to save time and gain efficiencies.”

Lemrow received a framed Award Certificate for the recognition, a name announcement in the Quiet Quality website, a picture displayed on the USF “Wall of Fame” in the USF Administration Building Breezeway, and an invitation to the official award ceremony hosted by USF Staff Senate in June, 2013.
“I am both honored and humbled by this Quiet Quality Award,” Lemrow said. “Although one of my directors, Sandy Czerwinski nominated me, the nominating letter was a collaborative effort of the Undergraduate Staff Team. These staff members — all exceptional employees and human beings – work with me (on my best and worst days) closer than anyone. Their recognition inspires me to continue to offer what I can to such a talented and wonderful team.”
The Quiet Quality Awards, founded in 1996 by the USF Staff Senate, was created to increase the USF effort to recognize employees and their continuous hard work to accomplish the USF common goals.
Lemrow is the third USF Nursing staff member to receive this award in the last three months. Receptionist for the Dean’s Office, Melanie Martinez, and Media Technologist at USF Nursing, Jason Link, received the two previous awards. To read those articles click here.
