USF Ranks Highest in State for NIH Nursing Funding

The University of South Florida ranks higher than any other university in the state for National Institutes of Health (NIH) funding for schools or colleges of nursing, making it home to the most NIH dollars allocated to nursing research in the state of Florida.

USF President Dr. Judy Genshaft recently gave the College of Nursing kudos for its NIH standing increase.

“The College is making great progress thanks to our faculty’s great achievements,” said College of Nursing Dean, Patricia Burns. “Go for the gold!”
