Dr. Jeannie Stephenson has recently been appointed to the Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy (ANPT) Specialization and Advanced Proficiency Committee. She was selected to join this committee by ANPT leadership after an application process. The role of the committee is to support physical therapists who are preparing to take the board certification examination in Neurologic Physical Therapy. The roles of this committee are to: coordinate the Annual NCS Breakfast at the APTA Combined Sections Meeting; to maintain and revise the Neurologic Clinical Specialist Resource List, and to run the online discussion board that provides additional resources to individuals preparing for the neurologic board specialty examination.

Dr. Stephenson has been a faculty in the USF School of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Sciences since 2002 and board-certified in Neurologic Physical Therapy since 2007.
