The Committee on Research (COMCOR) is happy to announce a new college-wide program for faculty to improve success with NIH grant applications via three strategies:

1.      Pre-submission review of NIH grant proposals
2.      Review of unfunded applications to determine an appropriate resubmission approach
3.      Feedback on new project development

These strategies were developed after input from faculty, department chairs, Dr. Liggett and Dr. Lockwood, and after a test run with a handful of volunteers who saw the value of pre-submission feedback on their grant applications. For those who are submitting NIH grant applications, particularly junior faculty, we strongly encourage you to participate.
