Tampa, FL (Oct. 22, 2013) – The University of South Florida College of Public Health hosts a free flu shot drive for adults age 18 and older this Friday, Oct. 25. The flu shots, provided by the Hillsborough County Health Department, will be administered from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
The College of Public Health is located at 13201 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612, with free parking available in the lots in front of the building.
This is the 17th year the College has sponsored the free flu vaccination drive. Last year, USF Health professionals and students administered more than 1,100 flu shots to members of USF and local communities.
The flu shot drive is a collaborative project between the USF College of Public Health, USF Health, and the Hillsborough County Health Department.
