Tampa’s Top Doctors 2016

USF Health USF Internal Medicine is proud to have 9 doctors listed on the Tampa Top Doctors list. The list is decided on through peer nomination. In September, Tampa Magazine mailed surveys to close to 9,000 physicians in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties asking them to vote on who they think are the best doctors in various fields of medicine. The final list is comprised of 331 physicians in 51 specialties.

Congratulations to Drs. Dennis Ledford and Richard Lockey from the Division of Allergy and Immunology who were both ranked #1 in their field by their peers resulting in a two way tie! Congratulations to Dr. John McCormick who was tied for first in Internal Medicine. And congratulations to Dr. John Greene (Infecious Disease), Dr. Anthony Morrison (Endocrinology), Dr. Kevin O’Brien (Internal Medicine), Dr. David Orban (Emergency Medicine), Dr. Mark Rumbak (Pulmonary Disease), and Dr. John Sinnott (Infectious Disease) who were all voted runners up in their field by their peers.
